Refund Policy
Here at Giant Marketers Inc., we always focus on satisfying our clients with our best SEO services. To make the customer journey more smooth, we provide refunds for some of our services, and for the rest of the services, either we will revise or improve our work as needed.
When clients place an order, we promise to give our best. But even then for some reason clients may not like our work and may claim a refund. In that case, we offer a refund policy to correct potential problems and continue providing the best service to our clients. To help you understand our refund policy, we outline our policy details and initial points below.
Order Cancelation & Refund Policy
If you have ordered our service and have already paid for it but do not want to continue, there is an option to cancel the order. To cancel the order, you must submit an order cancellation within 12 hours of ordering the service. After that, we’ll issue this refund for your order within 96 hours through the same payment method that you previously ordered and paid with.
- If you cancel the order after 12 hours, then our canceling and refund policy won’t be applied.
- The same principle applies to the ongoing project cancellation also. We do not offer postponements on ordered services or switching the service (exchanging your current order for another service) if we already started working on that project.
- In short, you must cancel the order or service within 12 hours of your order.
Order Revision Policy
After delivering the project, if you feel that it is not as described, or the delivery does not meet your prior deadline, you can ask for a correction or refund. Again, if for technical reasons (such as a Google update), your service or deliverables become obsolete, then we’ll hold the project and offer you other equivalent services.
In both cases, we’ll make the necessary modifications to satisfy your requirements and, depending on the level of work, deliver the project within a reasonable time. We will be pleased to postpone or keep the modified or another equivalent service project on hold until you want it to be completed.
